DAILY TESTING
Before production even begins, our facility undergoes a daily pass/fail inspection for water safety, cleanliness, cross-contamination prevention, and equipment sanitation.
EVERY SINGLE BATCH IS TESTED
Every batch is quarantined and sent to an independent lab (Microbac Labs), where it’s tested for safety. Only after the lab clears the batch do we release it into inventory. You can verify the results for your pet's food by entering the code on our website.
HOURLY CHECKS
During every shift, our bagging lines and metal detectors are calibrated and tested hourly to ensure everything stays on track.
THIRD-PARTY VERIFICATION
We don’t just say we’re safe—our facilities have passed a third-party BRC audit with an AA rating, the highest level of food safety and quality assurance. This global certification reflects our commitment to providing the safest, highest-quality products.
