At Whole Life Pet, we don’t just make food and treats—we make promises. Promises to pets, pet parents, and to ourselves. Our founder, John, spent 15 years in the pet food retail business, witnessing the heartbreak of recalls, unsafe ingredients, and "mystery meat" in products that claimed to care for pets. He knew it could be done better—way better. So, in 2011, John mortgaged his house, bought a freeze dryer, and started a journey to create the safest, highest-quality pet food in the world. Yes, really. Driven by love for his own pets and a passion for transparency, John set out to do what few others were willing to: make food that he’d be proud to serve his own furry family. 100% human-grade ingredients, no fillers, no nonsense, and no shortcuts. It’s food so pure, even you could eat it (but let’s leave that to your four-legged friends).
