The quality of this dog food is fantastic. It's freeze dried human food and it rehydrates nicely. My pup thinks he's getting my dinner and gobbles it up instead of turning up his nose. I've been giving him small amounts on top of his kibble and he always gives me sad eyes when he realizes that he's eaten it all. My dog hasn't had any digestive issues.
My dog is absolutely obsessed. I've never seen him this excited for "Treat O'Clock"! He literally comes and finds me when it's time and leads me over to the stash!
My foster kittens really like the chicken. They go straight to the bowl.
I purchased this large bag of chicken for my cats. I always break up the pieces and then add water. NEVER let your cats eat this dry as they will choke. Also, touch every piece because I found a large bone in the bag and this could kill your cat and a dog could easily choke on this as well. I have contacted the company about it, without response. In fact, each time I've had a quality issue and reached out, I've never received a reply. Their customer service is awful, but the cats love the chicken and the salmon. . . just watch the chicken bag for bones.
I use the Whole Life freeze dried chicken as a topper for Lilly’s dog food. She eats it without a problem. Grwat for our picky eater!
I get this for my kitties and it's their treat before bed. They absolutely go nuts for it. The only thing I wish were better was that the bag was full of meat only. There is so much skin and tough pieces, it's difficult to break them apart, even when soaking in water, which I always do before they get it so they don't choke on it. For the price you pay for an 8oz bag, it would be nice to get all meat without the rest.
